Walmart has a stainless steel Haier kegerator on sale for $529 with free store pickup. The model number on this unit is HBF05EBSS. This is the lowest price I’ve seen on this unit. Walmart claims their normal price on this unit is $599, which seems realistic.
As you can see in the above picture, this is an attractive albeit entry level unit. Reviews on this unit are mixed on Home Depot but quite stellar on Walmart. I am not sure if this discrepancy indicates that Home Depot has more discerning customers. I’ve noticed with many products that reviews tend to be higher on Walmart. My hunch is Walmart’s Ecommerce department might be more apt to game their reviews than some of the other vendors. Then again, it might be manufacturers themselves gaming the Walmart system.
Either way, this is an attractive, large, stainless steel kegerator at a fair price that you can pickup in-store. If you would rather have a kegerator delivered the EdgeStar KC2000SS can be attractive option. It is only $529 shipped also. Kegerator.com only charges sales tax in South Carolina, Texas, and Nevada. This might give the KC2000SS a price advantage in the majority of states that charge sales tax.
These are two solid, attractively priced units. I doubt you can go wrong with either of these units.
